You can also easily extend your holiday décor with matching wreaths and garlands for many of our trees, including options that are professionally pre-lit with durable lights. Additionally, we provide lifelike faux florals and high-quality seasonal decorations for homes, businesses, and more, so you can enhance any space year-round.

Experience Balsam Hill’s trees firsthand with an exclusive Branch Sample Kit. Choose from the 10-piece kit featuring complete branches from our best-sellers, or the expanded 25-piece kit for a fuller range of options. Sample branches are made with the same materials as our trees, ensuring you’ll see and feel the quality of our realistic needles before you buy. Plus, the cost of your kit purchase is credited toward your next Balsam Hill artificial Christmas tree (excludes tabletop/potted trees). Business-account holders get one kit free!

Balsam Hill trees are designed for easy delivery and setup. Large trees arrive in several manageable boxes, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Each tree includes a lightweight, premium steel stand with rubber feet, plus a handy storage bag for safe, compact storage when not in use. We even provide gloves to protect hands during assembly and fluffing—because our tree branches are as realistic as they are beautiful.

Balsam Hill applies a three-year warranty on all regular and sale-priced artificial Christmas trees, covering factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs), frame, foliage, hinges, and tree stand. Repairs or replacements for defects in these parts are fully covered, so you can enjoy peace of mind with lasting quality. All other products are protected by our Premium Guarantee. Clearance trees come with a 60-day limited warranty.
